Concierge Specialist - Job Description

We are seeking a professional and client-focused Concierge Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Supervisor of Concierge Support, this role serves as the primary point of contact for independent financial advisors and their support staff, addressing all operational needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. As the voice of the organization, the Concierge Team empowers advisor success through innovation, advocacy, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist advisors and staff with navigating operational systems such as AdvisorComplete and Streetscape.


  • Respond to advisor inquiries via phone and email regarding account servicing, system navigation, cost basis, transfers of assets, retirement plans, and more.


  • Take approximately 25-40 inbound calls and respond to 10+ emails per day.


  • Act as a liaison between advisory firms, internal teams, custodians, and vendors to ensure seamless client experiences.


  • Maintain detailed logs of communication and issue resolution via Salesforce.


  • Identify and recommend training opportunities, process improvements, and application enhancements.


  • Proactively consult with advisors to help them manage and grow their businesses through knowledge sharing and efficiency training.



    Required Schedule:



    • Must be able to work within a rotating structured schedule:



      • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 am-4:00 pm, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, or 9:00 am-6:00 pm


      • Friday: 7:00 am-4:00 pm or 8:00 am-5:00 pm





        Qualifications:



        • 2+ years of experience in brokerage/financial services, banking, or operations with a focus on client support.


        • Strong passion for service and financial markets with a client-first mentality.


        • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.


        • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong analytical skills.


        • Ability to quickly learn new systems and proactively solve problems.


        • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.


        • Series 7 license preferred (or willingness to obtain). Candidates with an active license are eligible for higher compensation.



          Preferred Skills:



          • Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms.


          • Retirement Planning certifications are a plus.


          • Team-oriented with demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
