• Service Excellence: Build strong client relationships, address customer complaints promptly, and deliver exemplary service.
• Team Leadership:Train, manage, and retain team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Inventory Management: Conduct weekly inventory audits and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe environment for team members and customers by adhering to all safety policies and operational standards.Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts and ability to apply them.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a retail environment.
  • Exceptional people skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters trust and comfort with customers and team members.
  • Physical Demands: frequent reaching, bending, stopping, kneeling and handling tools or merchandise, standing and walking on concrete surfacesAdditional Requirements:
    • Acceptable criminal history background check.
    • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
    • Pass a pre-employment drug screen evaluation.
