Position Description:
Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking to take on a key leadership role in managing engineering projects? Do you prioritize safety, reliability, and effective project management in your work? If so, this opportunity is for you! We are seeking an Engineering Manager who will be responsible for overseeing compliance with regulatory standards, managing engineering teams, and leading the final acceptance of assets across the USA and Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing safety protocols, resolving technical issues, and coordinating project completion efforts.
--- Supervise and manage a team of engineers for pipeline asset acceptance.
--- Identify, track, and resolve project issues from initiation to completion.
--- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, health, and safety standards.
--- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to address and resolve project challenges.
--- Manage team goals, objectives, and performance evaluations.
--- Compile and review technical documentation for senior management recommendations.
--- Oversee Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and ensure adherence to operational risk assessments.
--- Collaborate with Risk Management to assess and reduce project risks.

Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 10+ years of directly relevant energy industry work experience.
--- Proven leadership in engineering project management.
--- Strong knowledge of regulatory and safety standards.
--- Expertise in process hazard analysis and risk assessment.
--- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
