Our car dealership needs an experienced finance manager with strong negotiation skills to assist with aftermarket sales during each vehicle purchase. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of finance manager experience, relationships with local and national lenders, service contracts, insurance programs, and preferably sales management experience. Responsibilities:

--- Establish and reach monthly finance and insurance manager goals for automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarks
--- Abide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions
--- Determine customers' need for auto finance and payment plans to provide a range of options that meet their needs
--- Work with the sales manager during each vehicle purchase and offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs to car buyers


Qualifications:

--- Basic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency needed.
--- Excellent customer service skills and devotion to a positive sales experience is a must
--- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred
--- Must have two or more years of experience working as a finance, insurance, or sales manager, preferably in a dealership setting
--- Must have a clean driving record and valid state-issued driver's license
