Salary - $60,000 - $65,000/yr.

Schedule - Varies, travel 50% of the time.

Requirements:

  • Must have associate or bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics Engineering/ Technology or similar theory. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience as a Field Service Technician with 2 phase or 3 phase/ experience with electronic drives/ experience with uninterrupted source power (UPS)
    Field Service Technician responsibilities:

    • Work independently, follow policies, and handle specific Toshiba products.
    • Maintain profitability by submitting detailed reports and expenses promptly.
    • Understand and adhere to assigned scope of work focused on company's standard products.
    • Manage all customer interactions, including reports, requests, and documentation.
    • Provide technical support with thorough product knowledge of Toshiba's standard products.
    • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform startup/commissioning of company's standard products.
    • Travel domestically and internationally, with over 50% travel expected.
