Position Details:
--- Title: Combat Simulator Advisor
--- Location: Austin, TX
--- Compensation: $85-120k + Bonus (potentially 1-2 months in a as needed/part-time role)
--- Travel: Approximately 1 time per month for demos or development meetings (international and domestic)

Position Description:
As a Combat Simulator Advisor you will work alongside company leadership and engineering team to provide up to date guidance on weapon systems, tactics, concepts and training techniques as well as provide technical demos with potential defense customers. This role also works to persue new market penetration and ultimately land new contracts for this system.

Requirements:
--- 8+ years of tactical and operational leadership as a Combat Arms Officer or Senior NCO (19A/D, 11A/B, 18 and other AOCs/MOSs) with experience in small unit tactics, weapon systems employment and current on military doctrine.
--- Ability to work with diverse groups and teams in both a technical and practical setting displaying understanding of dismounted concepts, techniques and technology
--- Must have a passport or ability to get one
