Wound Care Nurse Job DescriptionAt Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients with complex wounds.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify wound care needs
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
Provide education to patients and families on wound care and prevention
Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research and best practicesRequirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state
- Graduate of accredited wound ostomy care nurse program with current licensure
- At least 2 years of current experience in wound care
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
