A company is looking for a Customer Advocate to assist and support customers by providing an exceptional experience.



Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service for billing, troubleshooting, and account management via email, chat, or phone
Improve support experience by utilizing feedback to enhance internal processes and automation
Work collaboratively with remote teams and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1.5 years in a customer service role
Experience with billing and account management support
Familiarity with Atlassian products is preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
Ability to adapt to changes in schedules and demands
