Job Description:
As an Estimator at Gerber Collision & Glass, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with team members to achieve repair facility's KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Document and update customer interactions efficiently and accurately
  
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process
  
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics
  
• Communicate customer requests and needs to team members
  
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
  
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures
  
• Participate in daily production walks with management team
  
• Support team members when required
  
• Maintain store's KPIs by maximizing role performance
  
• Uphold company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
    
  • Awareness of where to look for answers
    
  • Basic computer skills
    
  • Compliance for DRP's
    
  • Minimum of 1-year experience
    
  • Valid driver's license
