Job Description:

Seeking a highly experienced Sr. Functional Architect with 11 to 14 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of functional solutions using Manhattan DOM WMOS and Manhattan Integration FW to meet business requirements.
Cognizant's supply chain delivery practice is part of Cognizant's Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). We are primarily responsible for implementing, supporting and extending off-the-shelf supply chain products in execution planning and procurement.

As a Sr. Functional Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of functional solutions using Manhattan DOM WMOS and Manhattan Integration FW to meet business requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the design and implementation of functional solutions using Manhattan DOM WMOS and Manhattan Integration FW to meet business requirements.
  
• Oversee the integration of Manhattan WMS with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  
• Demonstrated experience in Manhattan Active (MAWM)
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
• Develop detailed functional specifications and design documents to guide the development process.
  
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system design and implementation.
  
• Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with overall business strategy.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and operational efficiency.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Manhattan solutions.
  
  Qualifications:

  • Possess extensive experience with Manhattan DOM WMOS and Manhattan Integration FW.
    
  • Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Merchandising Finance and Accounting.
    
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    
  • Showcase strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    
  • Display a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in a related field.
    
  • Have experience in leading cross-functional teams.
    
  • Show proficiency in developing functional specifications and design documents.
